Thread: Are my bov and wg signals correct?

Ive been having some issues of not seeing full boost like i should and just trying to troubleshoot a little. I have one nipple before my tb that tees off to both bov and wg is this correct?

By the way its a t25 with blow through setup. I have already tested for leaks. Any input would be great guys thanks.

your BOV needs vacuum to open, it is not opening properly if you are teeing into the WG line. Don't tee anything into the WG line.

The wastegate should have its own dedicated source. Tee the bov off of the manifold and just put one hose from that nipple to the wastegate and see what happens.

I've had a T from the intake manifold for the BOV and Wastegate, but generally it's said that wastegates are not built to see vacuum.

In your case, since you already have a nipple on the piping, use that for waste gate, and T into your Charcoal canister for your BOV.

alright so should i use the nipple before the TB for the wg signal and can i use this nipple on the IM for my bov signal? its currently used for my boost guage so im assuming i can tee off that line?
