Intercooler Fab Supplies?
Where are you guys purchasing your fab supplies for mounting intercoolers?

Im ordering all my Silicon Couplers + Tbolts etc from siliconeintakes.com but I am having a problem finding some aluminum bungs to weld to my intercooler. Any info would be great as I haven't found much online in my searching.

Thanks,

Isn't there two threaded holes on the bottom of the intercooler? Most people I know use two pieces of steel and bolt them up to the lower radiator support.

Thats what I plan on doing, But my intercooler doesnt have the two threaded bungs. Thats what im looking to get.

Once I get those ill make 2 aluminum brackets to secure to the bottom and bracket to the rad support up top.

That's what I did, also bolt the top of the intercooler to something too. That way it's distributed better.

I get some tabs welded onto the ic and bolt to lower rad support. You can also hang it from the hood release mechanism and that way its easy to center and level.

NAPA has really good cheap t-bolt clamps.

I also order pipe from columbia river mandrel benders
