removing auto awd tranny from sr20det
is there a how to on this somewhere? do you have to unbolt it in pieces? i got all the bolts off the bellhousing that i can see but looks like the rear diff is also bolted to the block.

yes you have to remove it in 2 pieces. the awd part in the back of the block comes off sepereate.

i was just thinking, if you had an avenir, and the starter went out. do you have to drop the tranny to replace the starter? lol

any more info on this? does the part with the passenger side axle unbolt first? or does the drivers side tranny part come out first?

Would imagine its like the EVO, when I did a clutch on a friends EVO8 the Tcase had to come off before you could drop the trans.
