Yes, you can replace the o-rings typically before you replace the injectors.

They are available from the dealer for a pretty cheap cost.

youcould check, once i acciently bought stock o rings at pep boys, i forgot the msd injectors use different o rings, but you might want to try pep boys, or autozone

You're going to want to make sure its a fuel safe o-ring otherwise you'll be replacing them again soon.
