video's are worth a thousand words, almost sounds like an ignition problem to me since your saying that it sounds like a boxer motor...and you did say that it ran fine for a few days, so it's something that just happened recently, nothing to do with the tune.

coolant tempature sensor.. widebands are fing awsome for all kinds of problems such as this. have you checked the spark plugs to see if any 1 plug is carbon fouled or not

Leaky injector would be my first guess. The injectors can be a bitch to install. You have to test them for leaks thoroughly before putting the fuel rack back on. Don't even try to reuse old injector o-rings either.

Pull the rail out with injector still in and hooked up and prime the fuel pump. You'll see any leaks.
