bluebird DET not running so well. Vac leak?
Whats up guys, I don't post here too often but I thought someone might have some advise for me about what to look for that's making my car run the way it is. A vacuum leak is my first guess but I've had no luck finding one.

basic setup:
rebuilt bluebird motor 9.25:1 compression
BC stg2 cams 264/264
gt2871r
370cc injectors
stock MAF

YouTube - 200sx SE-R sr20det bluebird vacuum leak?

Thanks in advance

Need more info on the set up. What are you running as far as fuel system? and what are you running as far as hardware (safc, calum, jwt, ???)

Well it defiantly sounds like it is running rich.

Is the idle any better with the MAF unplugged?

i agree it could be either running way to rich or too lean, do you have a wideband you can use to gauge weather or not your air fuels are in check?

Check for vac leaks and boost leaks, that's exactly what it sounds like. pressurize your intercooler piping to 20 psi or so and listen. Soap and water will pinpoint your leaks. I don't think it's running rich enough to stumble like that, mine runs rich and smokes like hell and still doesn't stumble like that. I'd say your idle may need to be raised some after you find your leaks.
