Will a sensor from a 89 300zx fit or clip, i know i probably have to extend the wires but would it clip?

Why not just use a regular one?

Also older 200sx's (1995-1997, not 1998), used skinny rear O2's.

Just use your old one with the bung that it has. You can remove the bung from the old exhaust manifold with a big socket.
