avenir help in b14 plz
96 B14 wit avenir swap juss gettin finished

parts:

FMIC
IC Piping (2 1/4" cold and 2 1/2" hot)
JWT ECU(Programmed for 370s, B14 MAF, 3bar)
Walbro 255

the issues is my car is running super rich and i cant figure out why that it. its running so rich that fuel is in my oil. i've pulled the rail while its pressurized and didnt see any leaks. any idea why the car is running this rich?

injectors juss staying open?

this is the only thing holding me back from driving my car again. cars been down for a year cause of time/funds. al i needa do is trouble shoot this n get a DP n exhuast made then i can be reunited with my baby once again =) lol

also when i plug a hose into the intake mani to the blow by it makes it run even richer.

I'll get a pic up ASAP of what im talking about.

thanks,
Mark

could be the fuel pump.. supposedly changing the stock one to a 255 gives a higher fuel pressure. do you have a fuel pressure gauge?

Ya, do you have an adjustable FPR? If not, you should probably get one. Is the ECU programmed for 3 bar? Are you sure?

My fuel pressure raised 2-5fps with the Walbro install. This is on a P11 though.

You are running the stock avenir injectors right? (370cc)

I think there is something else going on here...I don't think fuel pressure has anything to do with it. Is it running so rich that it's blowing smoke?? I'm willing to bet it's a maf problem. Does the car rev over~3k? you're sure the jwt is programmed for what it says?
