the VE pattern is different, as well as the port shape. This guy said he can do VE though.

THe AAC doesn't need a provision, it is a one way valve that goes in series between the intake pipe and the IACV. The IACV can be bolted to a plate with two holes drilled in it basically.

true but as a company or a mfg it would be better if they already made the provisions for the aac valve off the shelf and maybe tap and plate it for those whom dont want to utilize the aac valve, or for people who do, i donno personally i think it would be easier

well that is a good idea too, basicly what im saying is that this is a good product, even though i havent seen the dyno results of it. the price is more than competitively priced over all other options of intake manifolds out there.

im just saying it could use a few more provisions to make it a nice plug and play for other sr20de/det owners.

like say you wanted to do a group buy to lower the price, the whole iacv/aac valve issue might be a issue for some and might not be a issue for others, im just saying that a adapter plate that blocks off the holes or a aac valve installed or whatever would make it more pheasable to everyone out there to make it more of a plug and play item.

than to have to go and drill into their new intake manifold, or have to go out and buy other adapters to get their car to idle.

depending on their ems/ecu not having a iacv or aac valve might not be a issue to some at all, others it might be a huge issue.

im just saying it would be cool to have them make provisions for us so more can buy it without having to go and mod it or buy excessive parts for it jacking the price up a little more.

Spoke to him yesterday.

He will be making me two ve ones. He needs some dimensions and measurments as he has never made one for a ve before.

I will be testing this on a stock ve and my 92x92.

I should have two and be able to test one on a stock ve by the end of this month.

Give me a couple of days to get a few measurements.

7inchs may not fit depending on the overall height.

6-6.5 I think will be better.

By the way did u get my pm ?
