I made 325 on my gt28 with bc2 cams, lowport de with a jdm intake manifold that has built in velocity stacks, STI injectors, 40mm tial gate, 3"exhaust, 2.5" piping, at 16-17 lbs tuned with a NEO....

custom intake manifold + S4 + race gas would probably get you to the low end of that #.

I was assuming stock GTI-R T28

I still dont see how you got 350whp out of 15psi of boost on a GT28rs. Was it spiking and then dropping down or something? In my head it would take an aftermarket manifold that flows, and intake manifold, super tuning ect. But then again I hit 350whp with the stock avenir manifold and a dying motor. What was the compression of the pistons in the motor? What manifold did you use and was it ported or anything, and also what intake manifold did you use? Basically what was your setup?

Nothing crazy mods listed below. I dynoed before and after the external gate mod. I picked up 40whp with just the external gate and some fine tuning at the same boost level. I made 302whp @15psi before the external gate and fine tuning. All numbers from the same dyno 224xlc dynojet.

Stock jdm de 9:5:1
s4 cams
gtir manifold ported and run external gate
jpipe ported
gt28rs t2 .86 setup for external gate
555cc injectors
jwt ecu
safc-2

makes a little difference. I could have made more power with better engine management.

My setup will be:
Stock internal USDM DE (9.0:1)
GTIR T28 Turbo
Full Race brand tubular t2 manifold
3" downpipe
o2 Induction intake manifold
AEM EMS
A2W I/C setup
S4s in the future

I would also port the internal gate and look at a better o2 housing. The rest of your build looks nice.
