Who thinks 325-350 whp on a DE+T T28 is possible?

Anyone want to try their hand at telling me why it can't be done?

You will need some S4's for sure. That turbo will be out of breath at that boost level.

Youre going to be pushing that turbo to it's absolute limit even if you have s4's. Im sure you can make around 325-330whp with all the supporting mods, but the turbo won't last. Id say to be on the safe side that 300whp at around 13-15psi would be a good target imo.

It CAN be done. What it will take to get there is a more appropriate question.

you'll need supporting mods..race gas?

custom intake manifold + S4 + race gas would probably get you to the low end of that #.

Nobody ever clarify's what kind of T28 were talking about! Theres so many. But if a stock T25 can make 290whp on a DET at 17-20psi. I dont really see how a GTi-R T28 at 20psi cant make 325whp or something close to it. My motor took about a year of t25 20psi abuse and then took two more years of bigger turbo 20lb abuse before it let a piston ring (...or head gasket or whatever the hells wrong with my old motor) go.

which t28 are we talking about. 330-350whp is not a problem on a gt28rs and s4 cams. If you are talking gt28r or a gtir turbo you will not get there with out a ton of work. The smaller t28 would need a custom manifold, Intake manifold and head work to make that number.

Depends on if you use a high reading dyno or not lol
