That could vac leaks and a few other things like stuff I already said on the ignition side. Do you have new spark plugs? If not get some and if you do take them out and clean them if they aren't in too bad of shape.

You can test some of your other sensors by doing the unplug test. Do each one at a time. Unplug the MAF turn the car on and see if the car runs better. If it runs better you could have a bad or dirty MAF. If not plug it back in and try the same with the O2 sensor if it runs better the sensor could be bad.

soo today i unplugged the maf and the car drove and ran the same without it connected this is with the chipped ecu.but the maf is good cause with the det ecu the car wont idle without it connected

The car should idle without the MAF connected unless one or more of the following 5 things is not right. It looks like you just narrowed your problem down finally

1 The wiring between the MAF and ECU is not right,
2 The ECU doesn't match the ECU program
3 The O2/or wiring is bad/not right
4 The O2 doesn't match the ECU program
5 The TPS/or wiring is bad/ not right
( The TPSs are all the same as far as I know)

The car won't run if you have two of the three not working (TPS MAF O2 ). With just one not working the car will go into limp mode but should still idle and be somewhat drivable. If the MAF is totally dead and the ECU actually realizes this the motor won't rev over 3kRPM.

nevermind this one

does the white and green wire on the o2 go to a fuse and a battery? cause according to the fsm i have the black is ground, white is signal, and white/green goes to power and the obd1 port

did you have the intake manifold off of the motor at all?

No I don't think they go directly to a fuse or battery. One wire is for the O2's heater, this just warms the O2 up so it works when you first turn your car on. One wire is the ground and one is what the ECU reads to adjust fuel mixtures. Now which ones are which I'm not sure. But the three wires go to a plastic connector first.

I never took anything off the motor since I got it except the sensors and swapped them with usdm sensors... Ok now with the o2 I disconnected it and the car ran the same so the Maf and o2 were both disconnected and the car idle'd rich and lean under boost with some hesitation around 2k rpms I don't get this at all????

That is weird that the car ran with both unplugged, but that's not really part of the test. If the car is running just as bad with the O2 unplugged check the voltage on the O2. There is a good chance it needs replaced.

Have you tested for vacuum leaks yet? It isn't too hard to do and you can test it with some stuff from the hardware store for less than $20. Even if you don't have an air compressor

Have no vacuum leaks checked today with two different tests seafoam and carb cleaner and nothing... I have the fuel pump wired straight to the battery and switch I check to see if there was voltage drop at the power and nothing straight 13.98 volts
