ANyone ever tried this? If so, did u regret it? I'm kinda running outta stealth guage spots to put into my b13.

True.... hmmmm where else would be a good spot? I'm having probs locating another 3 guage holder where the radio delete goes.

i've seen it in a b13 before. i think its kinda pointless for them to be that far. ive always liked them where the radio goes and move the radio down under the cup holders.

I deleted my two top AC vents in the center section and fiberglassed and bondo'd my wideband and boost gauges into that location with a slight tilt towards the driver. It was very easy to do, just waiting on the weather to warm up a little and ill do some finish bondo'ing and sanding and final paint. I only have two gauges mounted there but with a little creativity I think you could fit three there without too much trouble.

Just throwin ideas out there for ya.

the ac vents are prolly the best placements for the gauges

what i did with my guage was remove the inner tilt piece in the ac vent so the top piece is still in place, so the guage was in the vent "hiding in plain site"

I don't know about that, if you have the heat on and the ducts aren't blocked off it'd going to mess up the readings, at least for analog gauges.

I really like what Chriscar (I think) did with swapping the stock gauges for aftermarket ones in the stock location.

I have two pods mounted on top of the steering wheels cover/cowl. This would be the lazy mans version There placement is perfect, the pods only block the redline of the tach that the needle doesn't see anyway. Gauges I don't look at that much go in where the CD player was, and it is in the old sunglasses holder
