Supposedly reversing polarity will change which way the fans spin, so make sure you splice them up correctly for pusher config.

Also, I went w/out ANY fans on a turbo car for quite a few months and even into the summer and I used the car as my DD. You really only have to worry about overheating during traffic or sitting w/the car idling for more than 5 minutes. This was tested w/Consult numerous times, especially in the summer months as I was worried about overheating.

Im only going to a pusher to clear up space in the engine bay.

some aftermarket ecus and possibly even software for stock ecus offer a safeguard...you can tell the engine management to initiate a rev limit/cut based on coolant temp. e.g., when the motor is warming up or over temps, you hit a rev limit.

and if your still looking for a fan, this site sells quite a few

Hey guys,

Tell me what you think, I purchased a 14" SPAL per recommendations in this thread but when I size it up next to my radiator it looks like this..

Will this work like this? Or will I need to Sell ( HOPE NOT ) and buy a smaller fan.

It doesn't look like the blades will hit anything and spin freely but is this efficient?

that's way too big. i did the same thing at first.
one of the other guys said it allready. but i run 1 stock fan and 1 advance auto imperial fan and it works fine on my ve. my ve-t had 2 imperial fans from advance. with no problems.
alot cheaper and easier to get ahold of.
