Sweet so it has enough compression to hold at least 10psi. I probably would run 6psi just to keep it low

Hell, my wife's auto GA16 doesn't get much better than 28mpg unless i drive like a complete sissy.
You had the JWT ecu right? I wonder if they were conservative on timing. Also your elevation is rather high, so that might have something to do with it.

I pretty much tuned all areas out on the old setup, I personally blame the OBDII ecu with self learn though. This time I have TunerCode and OBDI ecu, so it should be less of an uphill battle.
