The ecu is mine and have it for sale in a different thread. I told him already what it was tuned for. Its really no that hard to leave the things plugged in, I mean thats what I did and had no problems. He will still have to get it retuned which I told him already because its tuned for 8.5 cr and he needs 9.5cr. And Boostlee is right about the rewiring needed to accept the 95-97 ecu in a 98 body.
