Thread: BC stage 3s

^Stratton when do you think you will have these installed? I know you are building so it may be a sec before you install them. Don't you have a set of S4's?

I'll have mine stalled and ready for dyno before April 19th...... Im runnin the BC stage 3's w/ springs and retainers and 1mm over on intake side and .5mm over on the exhaust side with a big turbo so hopefully i can take care of your first post questions!! Head is getting sent out tomorrow for all the above goodies.....

Its an sc61....I think were going for around 30lbs of boost should be fun...but yeah Im curious as to how the BC3's will idle.....

I have them in mine and they dont really lobe to much but they pull hard on the top end. i have a det block with lowport head and a gt28rs. i had a de block before with s4s and with lower compression and the same boost the car pulls harder so from my experience the BC stage 3s are alot better then s4s my old setup with 9:5:1 compression i thought it would of pulled a little harder at the same boost but i was way wrong my new setup pulls alot harder. I dont have any dyno sheets from my new setup but my old setup pulled 266hp at 11 pounds im hoping for about 300 at 11 or 12 and maybe be able to push out around 350 at like 17-18 psi

^This is good to hear about the lobe and the pull on these. When do you plan on going to the dyno?

I just may sell my BC STG 2's to pick up some STG 3's.

^Would you be getting them for Turbo or NA?
