Nothing wrong w/DD'n a turbo car in general. I did it for about a year. I've actually not had 1 major problem w/my car since I turbo'd it.
Just do it right the first time and don't build cheap.

x3 I'd wait until I had another car. That's what I woulda done if I could go back.
But, then again, you could easily get everything installed and tuned on a weekend and prove me wrong and drive it daily for years. I just wouldn't take that chance again.
Also, how long have you been driving with the VE? If you got bored in a short amount of time wouldn't you be bored with a t25 after some time? Having a stock car around makes stress levels go down.
