Fuel Rail Adapter for RR Top Feed rail

I'm looking to swap out my FPR for a Universal unit but I need an adapter for the fuel rail similar to what's shown below. Which one in particular have you guys used (specifically on a RR top feed rail)? Where did you purchase yours?
