Doesn't matter. Its the cramped locations behind the turbo and trying to fit your hand back there that gives you fits.

Do you know a good site to get the aftermarket ones from for cheap?

If the pump will flow around 190 liters per hour I would say you are in business. If it is less than that it is a crap shoot with your motor.

That wastegate is aftermarket so it might need modified. basically the rod end connects to a flapper. The bracket bolts to the compressor housing.

That line is the coolant return line that connects to the block. (It is easier to install if you cut off or bend off that support bracket)

Hmmm ok ya there is a weird bend in the bracket which makes the wastegate not match up right but nothing looks modified on it.

For the coolant lines and oil lines how many banjo bolts will i need? Just 3?
And how about for the oil return and water feed? Is there a special hose I need for them?

Waste gate should bolt up to the back of the compressor housing. Also make sure you plug the two threaded holes on the front of the compressor housing or you will have a nasty boost leak. Some short bolts and RTV would do the trick.

That wastegate has an adjustable end, the ones from the factory do not. They are a solid rod, no threads.

You need a total of 3 banjo bolts two are the same size for the coolant return line, one is smaller for the oil from the block. Then you have a threaded collar that is the same as for brake caliper, that is the oil in, on the turbo.

There is a tube and flange that you need for the oil return. It needs a piece of rubber hose to sleeve over it. It is just regular rubber hose.

If you get in touch with Greg V's store he will know every thing you need. I am sure there has to be someone selling this stuff in the classifieds also, so you could always just start pm ing those folks too.

I have a wastegate that is from a downward facing t25 compressor housing. You can have it for the cost of shipping if you want to try it. That might fit better than the one you have, if it doesn't there is a thread around on this board that shows how to modify it I think. PM me if you want it.
