I have a custom asp manifold for my 30r setup. Protech also makes nice things along with lovefab. I guess it depends on your budget.

this is a full stainless manifold and dp. all coated. Pistons should be back from swain in a week.

I would go with a 3071r over the 3076r.

why?

3071 should spool faster than the 3076, and this 3071 is the new bad-boy:

The only bad thing is you have to buy the exhaust housing seperate with the new GTX series
Here's the turbo I will be getting as it comes with the option of the two bolt three bolt GT28R style (Gtir compressor housing) and should bolt right up to my current GTiR manifold on my VE head..fun times.
