i dont expect a vvl on stock cams to perform that well on a t25. The vvl hates restriction on the ex side. If you make over 250whp on 8psi i will be surprised.

I would say 250 with a good tune and 3 inch is about normal, maybe even a little more. This is the only dyno I found quickly but it wasn't a 3 inch after the dp and he tuned on a g20 ecu with safc.

i was thinkin 10 too.. but then i was thinking whats the point for an extra 3 lbs.. i'll prolly just sell this boost controller..

Three lbs should net you a decent gain on the VE, possibly 20 or so whp. Its up to you but I would run the 10psi all the time so no need for a dual stage boost controller really.

Yah 3 psi will be quite a big difference I'd imagine.
I agree running 10 psi all the time is probably safe and no need for the dual control.

i dont have a ve-t but theres a big difference between 7psi and 10psi with the t25 on my det.

Do you have a way to monitor injector duty cycle and do you have a wideband? We can say to you many suggestions but all the variables can be different due to many things... I can say you could get away with 22psi and the next person can say: dont go over 7psi or your going to blow a hole in the motor...
