Well I guess the best thing to ask is if the PCV valve isn't working correctly would thus cause the oil to blow out the tee.

Where does the hose that is outline go, does it go to the block breather tube?

i would guess coming from the block there is that metal pipe. All you have to do is run the top hose from the T like he has and then the bottom part of the T to that metal pipe on the block. Its simple if you just look at it.

No, my wastegate actuator was in the way, so I had to bend the tube towards the passenger side and plug it. The outlet from the catch can goes inbetween the turbo and the maf, Im not sure if this is 100% correct, Im curious myself.
