It will be fine, I have seen a graph of a GT3076R with the .63 housing do 517whp at 25psi. This was also on a S14 which should have a larger drivetrain loss. So the .82 will probably do more, all things being equal.

that is what I was hopping to do , I havew read several times that to pic the smallest turbo that gets you in reach of your power needs , and from what I read the gt3076r was capable of around 550whp or so max

Well I found a guy downstate from me that imports motors and he has a few VE's right now and he said he will sell me one for 1,200.00 dollers if I pic it up ...that would also give me a chance to look the engine over before purchase to insure the motor is in good buildable shape

If you get your hands on a 35r I would to the HTA set up from Froce proformance. You can read more about it here.

I am going to do it with my 35r with a 1.06 a/r. I should see very close to 700hp maxing the turbo out and hoping for a very flat powerband for the drag strip.

I am thinking about a 42r but I still like the gt4092 for next year. I hope you are doing some nasty head work to take advantage of that turbo.

I was wondering when you would drop in and reccomed that turbo. Good choice!!!!
