
Ok, so this is what's been going through my head as far as the engine build I'll
be doing for the pulsar. My main thing right now is I want to see how this
turbo motor will respond with high compression pistons rather than just your
normal 8-9.0:1 and to keep the head stock and see what kind of power I will
make after fully tuning it then at a later date, take the head back off and
have mazworx go over with a full $3-4k build on it. Parts are as follows.
GTiR Block w/ 1/2 headstuds
Darton sleeves out to 90mm
CP 12.5:1 pistons
Manley turbo tuff rods
Stock GTiR 86mm crank
Stock non worked VE head w/ stock cams
BJ intake manifold
Protech exhaust manifold
either a 35R, SC6262, or the 6765.
I've been talking with a few people and I think this will be a nasty setup.
