the DE motor is trash. i put the VE pistons in my DET block. nothing is forged. its stock VE pistons on stock DET rods. but it looks like im gonna be changing that though lol!

yes, if they are for a DE or DET, if they are for a VE the compression will not change...IE if you swap a VE head onto a stock DE or DET block you will get (de 9.5:1+.8=10.3:1) (det 8.5:1+.8=9.3:1) or if you are using de/det pistons add .8 to the CR of the pistons. VE's will remain the same

i have this same set pu in my car now ve head, 50lb inj, det bottom, log manifold, 38m wastegate, chipped ecu with a 3071r, and im making 300 12psi http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nPkY8d_YZU8 this is on 12 psi
