Youve seen my clutchnet clutch post here in the review section. Your clutch sheared because you most likely had a cheap clutch disc. Sprung hubs do the same thing and ALSO spit springs out everywhere.

Anyone who says a Sprung six puck will save one of these tranny's more then an unsprung one is living in a dream. The tranny is going to break any way at some point. You might as well have it be the tranny that breaks and NOT the clutch failing that makes you have to drop the tranny...just in my humble very educated and experienced opinion lol

I use ACT sprung 6-puck and HD PP and its been holding the power just fine for me.

I agree with both sides. It all depends on how you are able to drive the car. If you can really baby it smooth like buttah, I agree the unsprung is the way to go. If you constantly bang gears, the sprung is much better in the long run, though you may pop a spring outta the hub in the near future.

This sprung act disc has lasted 3 years of driving, and was removed when I went 6 speed, but it shall live on in my next nx build....

Some people actually search before buying something and I figured posting the results of my experience might be useful to someone... anyone. I dont care.
And it's my thread to bump if I want.

not sure, but I remember I got it from summit. I found the part number in the fidanza catalog for the flywheel I use.

Was just wondering...my Al flywheel is over a decade old but doesn't have many miles LOL...and iirc it's made by ACT or Clutchbastards. I'll probably just call Fidanza with some measurements and # of bolts and go from there.
