we have tested this method on a 750hp gtir. It worked. The main damage of the full straight gearboxes is from the forces moving the shafts apart.

ROSSMACHINERACING.com and make it yourself...its around $12 per foot and comes in a few sizes, the custom steel rail is a real nice quality piece just small...i believe -6 is a little smaller than 1/2", i would rather have something like a -10

I have seen their rail. do you think the "custom steel" rail is not big enough?
