I would also consider an SC61 with a smaller back housing.

Get rid of some lag with good top end power.

I've been reading about the SC6262 and that it holds more power from mid to top end compared to the GT35 but spools up pretty late, how true is this anyone been using this unit on a 2.0L and having the same issue?

On the other end I'm thinking about the SC5857SPR ball bearing. Which they say spools up quicker than the SC62.

If I got SC62 should it be BB?

Btw the power goals you are looking for can be done on the gt30 series turbo. It will be easier on a larger turbo but you will have to deal with lag. this is why I have a gt30r for my ve-t setup. Planning to make 450-475whp.

The GT30r will get you there, and it loves high boost. Mine has been good to me. I just cant push more than 24-25psi through the maf without fear of it blowing up eventually. So I am stuck around the power level you wanna be at.
