I don't know what size brakes you guys have on B15's in the USA, but our N16's (same hub type) have few options for brakes, from 280mm down to 257mm. Not sure if that will be of any help to you though, but those smaller calipers will bolt up to a B15 hub (100mm bolt centre on the torque member vs 130mm on the ad22vf's). The rotor thickness is thinner than the ad22vf's though, around 22mm IIRC? will have to double check.

Oh i can have the machine shop do it here. Its not a hard procedure to make work at all. Its the fact i would have to spend over double to keep my stock small brakes. Again the only reason i would want to keep my brakes is to fit the slicks. Again the slicks im running are 25X8.9X13 so i could get the same size slicks but for a 15" rim and be good to go and have some better stopping power on the street. Cuz im not hitting 180mph and having to hit the brakes because i know my brakes would just glow red and fade within a split second. I want something that i can feel a little bit better about. lol I dont need brembos or anything like that, just want something a little bigger.

There is two ways to go. Either find a 13" wheel that will clear the b15 brakes or just get new slicks for the 15" wheel.

I can stop from 175mph... once, with the ad22 and good pads. lol.

Pads never fade at the strip running up to 125mph.

But I would really love to keep my SEL wheels. I love them so much. But I do need some better brakes on there for sure. Especially if I want to run on a road course ever.

But the Spec V underpinnings would make everything easier. Bigger brakes not a problem. More wheel options in 17" for bigger rubber. One thing is for sure, the shorter gearing of the RS6 trans is going to make for one beast of a ride. I am gonna need some suspension and brake mods anyway. When this is all done I will let you guys know how the shorter gearing works out. I have a feeling it is going to be nothing short of brutal fun. Tires are going to hate me

Will the brembos or stock b15 brakes clear 15" wheels?

With a good offset wheel the brembos might, but the the b15 stockies should clear no problem. I dont think they are much bigger than the ad22's and 15" wheels clear those without problems at all. Not even close to hitting.

The one time i hit 180+ i just coasted back down to 100mph and then hit the brakes. It was on a brand new 2 lane highway with miles and miles of empty flat stretch of road. But if for some reason i really had to hit my brakes at that speed the would be nothing left. My pads lasted a whole 3 months from braking from 130mph on multiple occasions on the street and on the track.

I did hit 160+ and hit the brakes and they went into fade real quick. What im gonna do is see if the b13 caliper bracket bolts up to the b15 hub and if so i can probably use the g20 rotor or just have the hubs drilled to 4X100 and then use the b13 rotor.

Its up for debate right now. Ill see how it goes i guess.

the b13/b14 tq member will not mount to the b15 knuckle, a good example of this is z32 calipers bolt to the b15 and altima hub no problem, but not b13/b14, the spacing between holes is different on the knuckle, bolt on the whole b15 assembly and get some 0 offset 15" wheels for your slicks

Is there a difference b/t the specv/nonspec kuckles & axles? As long as they are from a 2.5L sentra, will they work?

Yeah, From what ive researched even the se-r non specv 5 speed manual axles are the same, The b15 hubs are the same but you have to get the axles from the 2.5L powered sentra whether it be a spec V or just regular se-r. Again didnt matter if it was hlsd or not. They all used the same axles.

Thanks again, I don't feel comfortable swapping the bellhousing so I'm cheating and got the p12 trans from Miko, just waiting on him to ship it to me.

So your going non-lsd trans then?
