I think the biggest problem is the fact you are running a Lightning MAF. You need to have the maf placement at least 12" from the turbo inlet. Do you have Nissan datascan?
With the datascan you should be able to log your maf signal and see if it is going static when your BOV recirculates. If your BOV doesn't recirc, then that is for sure an issue worth addressing.
I had nothing but problems with my lightning maf. I couldn't get it far enough away from the turbo inlet to get it to run right.
