I've seen the B14 trans hold up to 420whp for a period of time. Actually quite a while.
I've seen a P11 trans break within a week on the same car.
I've never broken a B14 trans, but my buddy snapped a couple input shafts from them.
I've blown 2nd, 3rd, and 4th on a p11 trans. I've also grenaded a final drive and cracked a casing. I've had bad luck. I will be swapping out the prothane rear mount for a JWT mount perhaps in the future to see if I can get the trans to hold up. I really like the availability of these transmission parts and they are extremely easy to rebuild. So I am going to stick with my B15/P11 trans for just a little while longer.
Always use heavy shockproof, no matter what. Get a sprung hub disc on your clutch, don't do solid. If you want it to hold lots of whp get a big turbo. Any tranny you get won't last long on over 400lb ft of torque.
