Pop out is like a must happen in our trannys...
I had to fix mine since it was like that when I purchased the car, and nearly all people I know either they fixed it or it was fixed by previous owner(s)

no cliff your not understanding what i was saying im basically getting at what jamies saying..when you get to certain whp levels...give or take the few cases....obviously your wtq levels will be at associating levels or should be anyway.....so yea we could sit around and say...245 ft/lb tq will shatter a tranny instantly...its easier for me..hints my thread to say....250 whp or 350 whp or whatever the amount is...

I've seen the B14 trans hold up to 420whp for a period of time. Actually quite a while.

I've seen a P11 trans break within a week on the same car.

I've never broken a B14 trans, but my buddy snapped a couple input shafts from them.

I've blown 2nd, 3rd, and 4th on a p11 trans. I've also grenaded a final drive and cracked a casing. I've had bad luck. I will be swapping out the prothane rear mount for a JWT mount perhaps in the future to see if I can get the trans to hold up. I really like the availability of these transmission parts and they are extremely easy to rebuild. So I am going to stick with my B15/P11 trans for just a little while longer.

Always use heavy shockproof, no matter what. Get a sprung hub disc on your clutch, don't do solid. If you want it to hold lots of whp get a big turbo. Any tranny you get won't last long on over 400lb ft of torque.
