BC STG 2's are fun/fine. TBH, though, even though they say no S/R are required, I'd still recommend them. A bad missed shift could mean valve float and slap and unhappy times without the S/R kit. I believe SR20TurboFreak (who I bought my BC STG2's from), told me that if I plan on taking it up past 7K very often, that I really should invest in the S/R kit, so I did.
