yeah its probably better to just use the gauge setup on itsown rather than incorperate the boost settings from the aempro software to do the work with the solenoid.
i was just curious cause every time i had my car tuned, well i had it tuned for 7-10lbs base then upped it to 14lbs per wastegate springs and the shop was always like you should get a solenoid and we can wire it and let the aem control the boost. and i always wanted to, but it didnt really make much sense to me considering you cant really adjust the boost on the fly from the aem ecu you would have to go in and adjust it on the software.
but the aem gauge incorperating the adjustment into the gauge itsself and using the aem solenoid really makes that seem alot easier to adjust rather than the i guess older way of using a solenoid and setting the boost in the software.
