I got it for $100 since he was wrong about it being a DET. I'll rebuilt it any way with fresh pistons that I'll get swain coated, fresh oil pump, fresh bearings, fresh chain and adjuster and I'll rebuilt this t25 that I've got. I'm tearing the block down right now gettin it ready to take in for the hone job. Got the small pan off right now and everything is light golden and zero sludge! Pulling the big pan off next, then the chain case. Once the block goes into the shop, I'll have to pull my busted motor out. Not looking forward to that, but oh well.

Where did they pick up the feed lines for that, where did they originate from?

the lines come off the pipe on the back side of the engine below the intake manifold.
