Your MAF sensor may run out of room at 12 psi or close but your T25 is also running out of breath too... well not really but...

Also 239hp 280tq is probably boost spiking.

That applies to a certain PSI's, afterwards your turbo goes outside of the efficiency range and you start making less, but running the chance of killing the turbo.

I made 230whp at 9psi on a Ball Bearing turbo, but I had a bunch of other little mods .

Your turbo is outside of the efficiency range by the time you hit the higher RPM's. You could be getting well over 280whp with a better flowing setup.

I maxed out my DE maf at 12psi on a stock DET + S4 cams with 4bar fuel press...
My guess is your setup will make something around 235whp with good tune at 12psi...

The thing with the T25 is that close to redline and at 12psi or more its outside efficiency range, its just too small, so the 10whp rule starts to fade to more like 5whp or so... anyway its more like common thing, its not that we can guarantee 10whp per psi, theres a lot of factors in the game...
Just dyno it, safe tune and have fun...
IMO if I were you I will try to stay on safe side of the tune since your running a DE+T, the chance of breaking something when going a bit lean are higher than with a DET...
And if I were you I rather have a Calum basic than a JWT, you can add a safc2 for finetunning the Calum...

Ok got my hallman boost controller in, set at 11psi and works great through 1-3rd gears, but when I hit full boost in 4-5th gears I hit 13psi? Should I be worried about this?

if you have a stock de motor try getting a wideband and snd something to fine tune will help alot from detonation better rich than lean. I made 240hp 266tq on 12 psi with a t28 stock det motor calum basic ecu z32 maf 3inch full exhaust

It's boost spike and it's very common with mbc's especially on T25's no need to worry just don't take it to 13 psi every single time you boost and don't hold it there especially with your setup.

You could turn it down a hair for fourth and fifth gear but 13psi is not going to tear down your t25 if its in good shape. If its already got a lot of miles or is not tip top 13psi could hurt you but for that matter so could 7psi. I would not have a terrible problem if i hit those #s with my setup and my first concern would be fuel from the 370s.

Turned it down a bit, hits 11 in low gears and 12.5 in high. Never leans out so I think the fuel is fine where where I am, it actually gets into 10.5ish at the top of 5th gear @ 12.5psi.
