Are you planning on balancing crank?

Just a 4cw crank with a stock dampened crank pulley from a Roller Rocker

10.1 with meth injection and you should be fine.

10:1 compression on a boost set up is perfect. High compression boost cars have been built for years. With the tuning capabilities we have now tuning a car with higher compression will not be an issue. Meth and what not is not needed.

My motor is a 9.5:1 motor and I am contemplating on going higher with the compression.

vadim, i just finished building my motor, if you want we can talk builds, pm as it would be easier to talk over the phone then type a novel.

rob i went 9:1 im happy with it to be honest, was tempted to go 10:1 though. i wanted to run more boost with my turbo so running 10:1 pistons would have ment lower psi on my max boost setting ;0.

a nice big turbo and 10:1 pistons is a really good combo. vadim i feel if your not going bigger then say a gt30ish size or so, youll want to run higher boost levels and still drink 93 oct then 9:5:1 or 9:1 is optimal.

Thanks for the offer Stratton, I think I'm just going to keep it 8.5 for now. The cost of a new head gasket, studs, honing, resurfacing, it's just not worth it for a few little ponies (talking about a bad $ per WHP ratio).

This way I wont have to worry as much about having top notch gas when I travel, but still will need at least 91.

I'm still going to install a 4CW crank, but that should be as easy as replacing bearings right?

this is true^. i went to 87mm due to the fact i broke a ring land and melted a bit of the piston, so to insure the cyclinder was straight and perfect, boring was a must.

yes, i wanted to go with a 4cw crank my self but couldnt score one it time.

spec the crank, bearings and install !

I ran 18psi on a t-25 and 10:1 block all day with no problems. I used an e-manage to tune with. I have a new 10:1 block that I'm going to be running with a 60 trim and Methanol injection.

yeah a t25 is a very small turbo, you can get away with that. i ran a 10:1 t25, s4, tmic and jwt ecu for about a year or so. go bored very quickly ! still fun though.

ive been reading alot about meth injection lately, very cool.
