ahahah...I ran into the same issue.

OK, try turning the outlet pipe towards driver's side and down...you can then do some ghetto intercooler piping to get it to fit w/intercooler piping going under x-member. Do you have a solid front mount?

You can also look into some Z32 outlets w/the solid mount. If I had the 90* Z32 outlet pipe I could have made it fit towards passenger side w/my CS solid mount I think clearing the radiator.

I ran mine under the x-member using the Avenir outlet, but that was only a temp setup. I eventually installed a custom-made outlet pipe that fits perfectly.

Rotate the compressor side more and modify the wastegate bracket so the wastegate still functions properly, it is not too hard, minor fab work. This is your best bet.

I used the z32 outlet. Its a lot smaller but at least it fits. Instead of 2" its 1.75" I believe.

if you want to get the housing to face upwards then youll have to modify a bit the wastegate, I ran into that when I switched to GTi-R piping kit...
if you dont want to do that just get a piping that goes under radiator and to the intercooler, I had it that way before installing the kit and it has no issues

I sent you a PM as I have a pipe that will work great for you. Here is what it looks like. Its got some surface rust, but nothing a few minutes of work couldnt clean up. Let me know if you are interested. It bolts right up, and transitions to a 2.5" pipe.

300zx (Z32) outlet for the driver's side (IIRC) will solve your problem. It's a 90* bend, unlike what you show in your picture where the coupler is hitting the radiator. The part number is in the General SR20 section under Commonly Used parts, or something of that nature (can't remember the thread title)

Thanks for posting that.

That's the part number, though I don't know if it's from Courtesy's site, or from Nissan OEM. Call GregV and give him that part number, and maybe he can order if he doesn't already have it (or at least get the correct PN)
