Turbo AND A/C...
Ive been searching around but cant seem to find anything.

Im looking to see if anybody has used a topmount log style manifold that places the turbo more to the driverside of the vehical which gives more room to fit the downpipe and retain a/c.

Im more so looking to add ac since my nx doesnt have it and im gonna be driving it more once I start on the ls swap in the 240.

It gets humid as hell here and after working in the shop all day without a/c, its nice to hop in the car and start to cool off on the way home.

I have all the a/c parts for my nx that tokes included when I bought it from him other than the compressor and bracket. I figured I could possibly modify the a/c hardlines for more clearance if needed. I guess it also depends on how well I can get the downpipe placed.

Any pics would be nice

Get a a/c line from a 91-92 1.6 Sentra which brings it down by the alternator instead of by the manifold. You have to bend it a little for it to fit perfect but once you get it right you'll be good.

Sweet, thanks for the pic. That is almost exactly what im looking for. My setup is a log style manifold and turbo with 2.5" downpipe like yours. Only problem is mines not on the car yet and its a NX2000 so hopefully there is enough room for the condensor and intercooler behind the stock bumper. I will still need to buy a compressor because the car didnt come with one.

Thanks for the pic!

Here's a pic of mine, you can see the line runs in front of the valve cover and goes down by the alternator completely away from any downpipe you use

BJ, I checked that thread. Good s**t, definitely will be using that. Kev, thanks for that pic, makes it real simple to see the result.
