Just a little update. I ended up going with 550cc injectors after talking with JWT. I also just spent the money on upgrading my current JWT ECU for the new setup. It was the most cost effective at this time for me. I had to send in the injectors for the ECU upgrade, and they all flowed at the advertised rates, so that's good news. Got them off of eBay for $200.
Here is a shot of the turbo. I was going to buy the ATP wastegate bracket for fwd sr applications, however, I realized we could just make our own. So we took the bracket from another turbo, cut off a tab from the bracket that came with it and welded it to the old bracket, and viola, saved $28. I did however purchase a new 6psi wastegate. I have an HKS EVC to use with it as well. I am going to tap the turbo tomorrow for a boost reference line. Since I already had an oil line run, I got the correct oil fitting for my line. I also picked up some nice coolant fittings. Reclocked the turbo to work with my JGY IC setup. I also picked up a gti-r manifold as recommended.
I am getting some help from a local member tomorrow, so I am hoping to get most of it back together.
