Auto build possible?
okay well here i am brain storming the idea of doing a auto build. yes i know why? why not? i have 2 nx2k's one is a mani one is a auto. so reading here and there. i can lose power through the auto but lose time in shifting. can a auto sr20 fwd be built to handle any power? and like Eric has more then enough power to get down the track. do i need half as much power or more then Eric's nx? (nissancrazy) as well for those of you in Washington; who does head work here? looking to get a good head job. on a VVL head of cource. anyway thanks for the time i hope to be able to get the parts to build a ve-t by july 20th ish so ths just a short time away. any feedback would be great thanks guy's.

Here is an idea, we know a P12 bell housing bolts to a QR or VQ35 tranny. So what u do is either get an auto from an 02+ altima 2.5 or 3.5se. Your going to have to figure out the motor mounts and electrical wiring, but if I'm not mistaken you can go with a suprastick that should be a standalone tranny computer. By using a Vq35 auto it's already setup to handle 250hp/lb, it will hold more with a shift kit too.
