Hey guys, i am back :-)
We rebuilt the engine over the winter and see the result:
It had 508hp @ 22psi on pump gas with a very safe mapping.
The car runs great and is fast on the road. Due to the RB25 tranny the gearing is far too long (over 225mph @redline in theory). Now i search for a shorter diff.
That's awesome. Wait wtf was that that walks bye you at like 110mph like you were standing still at about 0:15?

i don´t know what it was, looks like a compact or a touring, anyway, thats nothing special, its the german autobahn, its normal that you go far over 110mph when you are in a hurry...you have to go 160mph or more if you don´t like to be overtaken...
looks nice. Did you get the response you are after? Or still disappointing with that?
Edit....rb25 gear ratios and sr20 gear ratio's are almost identical. I am thinking You have a tall ratio in there now? maybe a 3.6 or something...wouldn't surprise me with a german car. I am wondering if your initial disappointment with the response was the fact that your powerband was too tall for your diff? ie you prob rev above 8k now? where before it was prob 7200ish with the de? I am not sure on german ratio's but jap spec r33 auto's and na manuals have 4.3's. should suit the ve nicely! Wont get that huge top end on the autobarn but would be nicer to drive day to day
5th gear of euro-s14 Det is 0.82 and rb ist 0.76 or so. Euro s14det diff ratio is 3,69. Together with 235-45-17 tires that makes 225mph @8500rpm which is my redline.
This is far too long. Euro automatik- s13 have 4,11, this will be my choice, this makes about 200mph flat @ 8500.
Spool is really not bad at all now, i have 15 psi@3600Rpm in 5th gear !!!
Also torque has gained with the tubular manifold and big intake plenum.
...so you guys gave me the right advice... Thanks to you all
dude that airflow is looking like it holding back that turbo , a 4'' ford lightning or something will unleash the beast , what management you using again?
yeah, you might be right that tiny apexi airfilter could be a limiter, i will try to get a bigger one. Ford Lightning filter, hmmm....looks big...hopefully its not oiled because my AFM does not like that....
