Does this look like a hybrid t25/28?
I needed to reclock the compressor housing, so I took apart my turbo that is supposed to be a t25/28 hybrid. Just wanted to see if anyone could help me identify whether this was truly an upgraded turbo or not.

Also, I pulled the wastegate off, and I noticed the tab on the housing rotates around completely 360°. Is this ok?

Thanks for the help.

Is there anything else I can take apart to find out, or a measurement I can take? Sadly, this is the turbo that I bought for $550, and was beat to hell because of no packing during shipping. This was the thread.

It was sold to me as a t25 with t28 wheels. This would just be the icing on the cake for me...

Sadly, this has been an issue for many months. Basically the seller excepts no responsibility for the way it was shipped to me. I am quite sure now he will except no responsibility for it not being the turbo he said it was. It supposedly only had 1000 miles or so since the hybrid conversion, and obviously this doesn't look like that at all.
