Yeah the A/W system was a little more involved than I had originally predicted but it worked out pretty well. Short piping = good throttle response and allowed me to stay clear of the A/C system (and does not block condensor airflow).

Talk about way more involved than I originally predicted too.

I have bought more miscellaneous crap for the a2w setup on my car than I have the entire turbo setup.

Bay looks sweet!

Thank blair, yeah for a daily driver it's probably overkill but it definately keeps up with the sleeper status. Took some better shots today:

Strut bar removed

1000 JDM points: Nismo Strut Tower Bar

I covered all the exposed threads on the t-bolts with pieces of silicone tubing, don't like gouged knuckles while doing engine work and keeps the threads clean

Heat x-changer and fan mounted under rear quarter. Can't tell it's there until you get on the ground and look up

Oh wow, thats an awesome place for the heat exchanger. Whats your reservoir setup look like for your a2w i/c? Looks like its in the trunk? Also, what kind of fuel rail are you running? That looks pretty trick!

It's right next to his air filter?

That P10 is badd ass... Not a fan of the green hoses but, other than that it is very damn neat.

Thats the intercooler itself not the reservoir for the xx gallons of extra water in the system.

Oh and the extra hose on the exposed bolts is a great idea. Kudos!

Thanks guys! For the reservoir the key is to make sure it is the highest point in the system. I made a shelf to position it higher in the trunk and below it I mounted a Mustang Cobra pump. Setting it up like this allows the system to self bleed off any trapped air and always guarantees the pump sees water:

This will eventually get redone to clean it up a bit. I've got the pump and heat x-changer fan wired to a switch to stop heat soak for any stop and go traffic situations. Ideally I'd like to set the switch to be triggered by the VSS and come on at xxmph. Trying to figure out the easiest way to do this.

I have a picture request,
can someone post some pictures of their water/oil line DE+T of course, and where they lead to
and if it is possible (not necessary) a picture to the heater hoses
