looks exactly like my manifold besides the wastegate flange. Mine originally had a 44mm gate flange that was attached to a 90 deg bend and pointed downward. I now have a 38mm gate flange welded right by the t3 flange. But yes it looks to be the same creator as mine sits exactly the same way, angle and everything.
