Billet wheels
Its it possible to get a aftermarket billet wheels installed into a T25- T28 housing?

Why? Typically from my understanding of the billet wheel it is designed to help in spool up characteristics of a turbo. In a sense making the turbo more efficient therefore you can make more power out of said turbo or better boost response.

Now on a T25/28 turbo these are small frame turbos which generally max out ~3XX. Basically I do not see a need; if you want more power get a bigger turbo.

With that said I guess to answer your question yes it is possible.

Anything is possible.

If it floats your boat then more power to you. It will not be cheap so that is were the consideration for a new turbo comes in.

Billet wheels are a gimmick. They are ballin' but that's all. Well, they are also easier to produce in a quick prototyping fashion versus setting up a mold to cast wheels from.

I thought "Billet wheels" is the feature that is making Precision turbos the king right now. I was told that those were only Garrett turbos and nothing else special about them. Any truth to that? I looked at their listing and they don't manufacture a turbo that suits my power goals, everything was in the 350 hp category and up. This is how this question came about.

Precision billet wheels have been shown to flow better. There are slight design/manufacturabilty advantages to billet wheels and precision has taken advantage of them.

All others are gimmicks right now.

Change a few words in this post and I'm sure I'll be able to understand you. I promise.
