The way my piping is routed? is this right
Im going to try and have pics up in a bit if i can get my back to work getting into the car . So ive been browsing looking at pictures on the forums and google of the turbo se-r's and how theirs are routed. Well in every pic the maf is always near the filter. This is how mine is when i got it.

Starts from the intake going down, then it goes to the maf by the batter, the bends down under the car to the intercooler. Then the usual intercooler to turbo, turbo to filter. I have been having issues of not being able to turn the boost past 7 lbs with a manual controler, i know i have a small boost leak. The other issue has been when i slam on the gas she hesitates, and sometimes i dont even need to slam on the gas and she hesitates. Could it be where my maf is located? Every turbo build ive seen pics of i dont see it there, its usually pipe with a blow off valve. Just curious, with my back surgery coming up i want to try to get most of these issues squared away before my surgery on tuesday so if i need to drive she doesnt hesitate and jerk around.

It depends on if you wanna vent to the atmosphere or not. I put my maf before the turbo and recirc'd my bov about 6 inches after. Some people run their maf after their bov so they can vent to atmospher and not have to worry about boost leaks so much. I prefer mine before the turbo in case oil or any other foreign material leaks in there and gets on the maf.

here is a clear view of my setup

it needs some cleaning up, I've got a lot of vac lines I could shorten and other stuff....

Ya ive looked at your pics before as well. Im thinking of moving it, getting new couplers and more t clamps because he had a mixture of t clamps which are on the intercooler, then the cheap ass clamps. What is the lil blue box going from your vc. Ive never seen that one, mine is routed way differntly. I think some of the vacume lines may be messed up as well. If i keep her im going to try to get **** fixed. I have a guy that wants to trade me a 92 sc400 but im a nissan guy. now if it was a sc300 then id be intersted.

That blue box is my catch can. I didn't want any more holes in my piping and after I've seen what it catches, I don't want that stuff going into my intake.

so the blue line comeing off your catch can goes into your intake?

no, it goes down to the ground, I had a little filter on there, but it was blowing stuff all over my engine bay

I am trying to keep as my intercooler piping and intake as closed up as possible.

The catch can hardly catches anything during summer, during winter it'd have stuff in it every time I filled my car up....
