gt28rs runing problems
hi to all,
i have installed
jwt s3 cams
port matched intake manifold and throttlebody
gt28rs turbo
jgy fuel rail with msd 50 pound injectors and a nismo fuel pressure regulater
new tps sensor and evry other sensor
i am haveing big trouble with it not running right. it has a spuder and a big miss and for the boost i have the line looped so it would run stock but it is going to 5 pounds and no pull at all. i also have a jwt computer fully done for my setup. i have the complete setup of jwt website. any thoughts on what it might be. also i have thermo spacers. i checked for leaks but no luck yet

have you checked your plugs? spudder under boost is the spark getting blown out or not enough fuel, or way too much fuel, a spudder is kind of a broad term

If you stay out of boost can you drive it normally without it acting funny?

it does not spudder when in boost it is loading up, the fumes burn your eyes real bad. i took off the adjustable fuel pressure regf today and put a stock det on it drove great now it is back to the way it was.

Check the maf wiring. I was having similar issues when my wires were mixed up.

ok i called jwt today i think we found the problem. my maf is wired up right but there are
abcd on it. i was told that a should read 12 volt and bc are ground which is right and d is the read and it should have next to no power at all while the key is in the on postiton while car is off. well i am getting a 14 volt reading coming out of d. yes it is wired up right im not sure where the power is coming from any ideas on where the power may be getting in to it at.
