crank it up, I have a t25. I have a hallman manual boost controller, it has a srping and ball in it. I bought a boost conroller of ebay and thought it was similar, it was bleed off type, I did not like that. I turned mine up to where the waste gate still opens. A bunch of people (including me) claimed they were running 17 psi+, it might hold 17 at 3k, but at 6k the wastegate is not open, if you look at your gauge you will see it drop. Waste gate being open=more flow. A lot of people mistake psi for power, it's not entirely true, if your wastegate is not open, you are not getting maximum exhaust flow. Flow=power. It seems the most my t25 can run is around 13-14 psi all the way to redline. I still find staring at the boost gauge instead of the road disturbing.

Crank it up to 15psi. My **** was beast mode on 15psi. Just make sure and get some good tires. Major traction issues.
